In the summer of 2001 Bishop Perine received a mandate from God to bring revival to man.  God has also given Bishop Perine a zeal for the family structure, which was ordained from the beginning of time. Having a great burden for souls, he works faithfully to inspire all people of all walks of life to live for God in true Holiness.

Called into the ministry in the fall of 2001, Bishop Perine served as associate minister from January 2002 until December 2007.  In January 2008 he began to serve as Senior Pastor.  Bishop Perine was elevated to the office of Bishop in March of 2016. At Fervent Life Worship Center, the Word is experienced with signs to follow. People come from miles around to encounter the power and presence of God like never before.   Every Sunday morning is filled with excitement and anticipation to see what God will do next. Bishop Perine is a bi-vocational pastor employed at Boise Paper, Inc. and has also served as Chaplain For Hometown Hospice.

Bishop  is also President and CEO of Jim Perine Ministries (JPM), which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  JPM was created to minister to the total need of man: spiritually, emotionally, and physically, in our community and abroad.  Bishop Jim Perine, Jr. and First Lady Malissa Perine serve as President and Vice-President respectively.   They have three precious children, Jalyn, Keaton and Kendall.
